| Company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing, who is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include market development, market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, coordination with sales, and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as Chief Marketing Officer, providing support in the area of marketing strategy and management.
Develops the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.
Provides leadership and supports the design, development, and implementation of products.
Provides leadership, direction and management of the market research function.
Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
Provides input and support to the Company's leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.
Coordinates marketing efforts with strategic plans and objectives.
Provides marketing skills and expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing a marketing team.
Participates fully in professional societies and activities related to the health care industries in general and the marketing profession in particular.
Prepares presentations to explain the Company's current and future strategies.

Qualifications: |
| PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 7 years marketing management experience.
Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in marketing and strategic planning.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems at both a strategic and functional level.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and maturity.
Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning, and promotions/advertising.
