Description: |
| Sells products and services in the field. Calls on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate prices.
Responsible for meeting assigned sales budgets. Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary. Fully knowledgable about semiconductor based microwave products such as high power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, integrated transmit/receive circuits, MMIC technology, and other microwave semiconductor technologies. Also requires knowledge of the aerospace and defense applications for which aforementioned products and technology apply. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts on a world-wide basis. Interfaces with appropriate internal departments (engineering, customer service, marketing, operations, purchasing, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications: |
| Must have the following:
• GaAs MMIC knowledge and experience
• Prior technology sales experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or appropriate field
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Prefer:
• Aerospace and Defense industry knowledge
• An established network of contacts in tier 1 and tier 2 aerospace and defense companies
