Duties: |
•Perform BA and Systems Analyst duties as a part of a team on medium to large projects. Additionally, perform some PM duties on small to medium projects and deliverables.
•Partner with business owners to define needs and initiate solution development.
•Lead requirements gathering, analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, traceable, unambiguous, verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
•Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements.
•Elicit and document requirements using various applicable tools and methodologies.
•Lead discussions and design sessions to involve the appropriate resources in decisions concerning UIs, data flows, data integrity, and data integration.
•Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, system & technical requirements, and other nonfunctional requirements.
•Participate in requirements prioritization.
•Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.
•Implement ways to reuse requirements across projects.
•Ensure requirements are in line with the business's vision and the solution meets the requirements. |
Qualifications: |
•Bachelor Degree
•7 years of IT/IS experience working with business leads to convert business needs into requirements and working with IT resources to delivery functionality.
•5 years of concurrent experience defining data flows, data integrations and systems interactions.
•2-3 years of concurrent experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
•Experience supporting Sales and Marketing business units and their related data integrations is strongly desired
•Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
•Must be self directed, accountable and responsible for the ownership of assigned responsibilities.
•Must be detailed with the ability to drive issues to resolution.
•Must be highly competent in communicating verbally and through documentation to technical, non-technical, and management personnel.
•Must be process driven and solution focused.
•Must be able to develop options, present the pros and cons and negotiate outcomes to achieve the overall best solution. |
