Description: | Modea is a quickly growing digital advertising agency and we need an IT Manager to help us implement and scale the infrastructure necessary to support our employees and our clients. The IT Manager will develop, recommend and implement long-term technology plans, oversee staffing, and ensure continuity and innovation in deploying infrastructure systems across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and direction for the IT group and act as technology expert for the organization
* Manage and support the IT group including development of department objectives and design, implementation of supporting units, programs, processes, policies and/or procedures to successfully achieve those objectives
* Ensure that systems and staff are in place to support our employees from a technology perspective
* Create a process for operating procedures, guidelines, and security measures. This includes the physical protection of all hardware as well as protection of all data.
* Define departmental requirements including budgets, organization, and staff development for the IT Department
* Manage network operations, desktop user support, technology projects, and other related IT services
* Seek out and manage IT vendor relationship
Requirements
* Experience with enterprise class software and system architectures
* Previous experience leading a team and the ability to challenge team
* Expert experience with Windows Server technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Deployments
* Experience managing Mac systems on a large scale a plus
* Knowledge of System Center Essentials, MOSS, VMware ESXi, OS X Server, and client backups on Windows & OS X is required
* 4 Year degree in related field
* 6+ years experience
