Description: | As the Director of Strategy for Modea, it is your job to work with our Fortune 1000 clients to develop and drive the vision for their campaigns. You work with leads in creative, account services, production, and creative development to formulate strategy for new business presentations, and lead project teams.
You work with a team of account planners to create the strategy needed to drive successful results in all initiatives.
You continue to focus on growing our business by building client relationships. You always work to foster strong relationships where our clients see us as a strategic consulting partner and thought-leader in the industry.
You serve as a critical member of the company’s management team, helping lead organizational strategy and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Direct the development of client campaigns and other important communication
* Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for strategy, research and measurement
* Grow client business and manage their strategic direction
* Build and maintain senior client relationships
* Advise on or design new research to further explore underlying customer motivations as it relates to brand communications
* Write creative briefs and ensure that all resulting communications are on strategy
* Train, motivate and develop the strategic group
* Help ensure that the overall business objectives of the organization are met and works to ensure the strategic planning group can help achieve those goals
* Serve as a member of the organization’s management team
Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years of experience as an account planner or strategist with experience leading client strategy with proven experience in digital
* Bachelors – MBA or Masters degree preferred
* In depth strategic and tactical knowledge of online media marketing plans, including online creative; online media planning and buying; online performance analysis
* Proven leadership ability – have managed a team of planners or strategists
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
