NetVentures, a rapidly growing non-profit software provider based in Roanoke, VA is currently looking for an Inside Sales Associate to partner with the Direct Sales Team to generate interest in our web-based software Trinexum. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving the day-to-day prospecting and lead generation for the outside sales team, including making outbound calls, securing high-level appointments and making the initial presentation of our solutions. This position will be a salaried position with a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Duties: |
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Set meetings with high-level executive prospects for outside sales team
2. Qualify all prospects, track progress through the sales cycle and substantially contribute to growing our prospect base
3. Handle incoming leads for the Direct Sales Team
4. Play critical role in optimizing sales process of early stage company to increase sales
5. Update, create and manage sales database
6. Be a leader and valued contributor to the sales team

Qualifications: |
Education and Experience
1. At least 2 years inside sales experience preferably in the software industry
2. College degree preferred
3. Ability to manage in high activity and high transaction environment
4. Proven track record in inside sales
5. Excellent communications capabilities
