Description: | Do you have what it takes to lead interactive projects for Fortune 500 clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a young and fast growing company? Modea, a rapidly growing interactive agency in Blacksburg is looking for a Project Manager to help grow our team.
The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, have an acute attention to project details, and have a passion for the Internet and new technology trends.
Necessary skills include:
• Experience in an interactive agency or consulting firm is a must - no exceptions.
• Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills.
• Unrelenting attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• A strong desire to learn everything possible about our clients and their industries to guide projects and their successful results.
• A passionate curiosity about the Internet, trends, pop culture, and video games.
• An ability to prioritize and organize workload for self and for other team members.
• An ability to track activity, communicate effectively with team members and manage client expectations.
• A solid understanding of the lifecycle for web development initiatives.
• A strong working knowledge of what is involved in the creation of HTML-based websites, Flash content, and back-end server applications.
• An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, Flash, backend programming languages, and other standard Internet-related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in using MS Project (or an equivalent project management tool), Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and PhotoShop.
You must be authorized to work in the US full-time at our offices in Blacksburg, VA.
