Duties: |
Take the creative lead on projects working in tandem with Project Managers in client communication
Build Flash websites, microsites, rich internet applications and games
Dream up creative concepts and translate them into comps and deliverables
Keep up the high quality standards
Mentor and inspire new and existing team members
Establish and maintain processes and standards
Actively participate in the conceptualization of prospective projects

Qualifications: |
An impressive online portfolio
4+ years of professional experience using Flash and Photoshop
Minimum two years experience with an interactive agency catering to national or global brands
Strong conceptual ability and excellent design skills
Excellent understanding and experience with website layout and usability design
Exposure to object oriented programming in Actionscript 2.0 and AS 3.0
The ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The motivation to stay on the forefront of new technologies and a willingness to grow
A passionate curiosity about the internet, pop culture, video games and technology trends
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines
You must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
You must be authorized to work in the US full-time at our offices in Blacksburg, VA.
