Duties: | - Individual will be required to perform after hour installations of DBDeploy application packages (Oracle), launch scheduled batch jobs or scripts as required.
- Monitor automated processes using UC4 scheduler software suite, answer any support calls and redirect based on urgency or type of issue.
- Team member may be asked to develop documentation and provide project support as needed.
- Telecommuting maybe considered.
- This is a third shift position (2:00 PM ET to 10:00 PM ET). | Qualifications: | - College/University graduate preferred
- 2 years experience with Unix operating systems (Linux, HPUX or similar)
- 1-2 years experience administrating/supporting Oracle 9i or 10g
- 2 years experience working in a technical support capacity
